- from the cities we visited, probably Bergen was the nicest
- but all places we were had something special
- people live in the most amazing places, even most desolate places.
Anyway, we good home safe after a very nice holiday.

Alton Tower's smaller cousin. A few good rides but toddler ridden thanks to Thomas the Tank Engine World or whatever it's called. Also has a small zoo.

Ok, so not strictly a theme park with coasters but it's a large park with people in costumes. Grumpy people in costumes. Avoid.

We woke up after a wonderful sleep in a world class Hotel, the Le Meridien, thanks to my brother for the hook up. We got a rather late start this morning, and headed out for some breakfast. We stopped at the first waffle place we came to an ordered the world famous Belgian waffle, with strawberrys (in season) and whip cream. Not a bad way to start the day.
