We scheduled our outing with Norwegian Cruise Lines. Sometimes we schedule with NCL and other times we used private companies. For this cruise, we did all our excursions with NCL.

A shuttle bus that was crammed with people took us to a beach in St. Thomas. To be honest, there aren't a lot of exciting things to do in St. Thomas - at least I have not found them as of yet. We therefore thought ...

... trying to get to Deck 11, where the pirate's bash was taking place, and so was everyone else. Huge crowds spilled out of the elevator lobby into the passageways, much pushing and shoving took place, accompanied by scratchy children wanting to know why they weren't watching Mickey and his buccaneers doing their stuff instead of being squashed in an ugly crowd of adults.

It took us ten minutes to get to a lift, and Min had had her bad knee bashed several times ...

... Chanel makeup and a Tiffany and Co store. We pretty much ended up spending our day shopping and we got to see so much of beautiful St.Thomas just like we wanted to. But of course no day is complete for us without a traditional stop at Senor Frog's which we did before heading back aboard.

All in all St. Thomas was a breathtaking stop and although we didn't get to spend as much time as we would've hoped, getting the chance to spend any time there was absolutely amazing!
