... 10pm to go to Bagley, a black club. Awesome music and atomosphere, had a good last nighjt in the sleepy town of Oudtshoorn night and left around 1.30am.

Day 2 - Got up at 7am feeling a little delicate but was ready and packed and at the ranch for 9am. We then spent the next few hours going around the ranch for the last time saying goodbye to staff and animals and taking photos. Was sad :( The last stop was made to the Caracal cubbies....gonna miss ...

... I ask for an iron and get a person to iron the shirt for dinner! It's a nice dinner but I'm really too much into self-catering control by now.
So a 4.15 alarm for the meerkat trip - we go out into the scrub and sit on camp seats as the sun rises & are told they usually come out - well they did - see the pictures. Apparently there are a record 8 babies.

Up, brekkie and off to check out place called Buffalo's bay which was recommended. Unfortunately it was rather wild an woolly with no good surf spot. ... sent backwards), and then it was time for the ’30 minute’ walk home – as assured by the lady at the canoe place – ‘take the beach walk, it’s quicker’. Well, no miss, it isn’t. Another hour and a half walk later and we’re back with very sore legs, tired arms and blistered feet enjoying a cold beer on the veranda overlooking the ocean.
