Now imagine this, the road is windy and narrow, we meet the bus on a corner with one car ahead of us, the corner is too tight for the bus to get round in one go.s. The car ahead has to back up to make room for the bus to turn and then it squeezes past us once we tuck our rear vision mirror in with centimetres to spare. ... didn't help. So we jumped happily into the fast catamaran of the Jadrolinja to Hvra, little island with the reputation of being the new Riviera.

And well, it wasn't exactly what I had in mind. It was raining when we got there, and outside of the few people on the pier offering accomodation it was mostly empty. But it a way it wasn't that bad because the city is very pretty indeed, and in the middle of the summer with hordes of tourists ...

... bay for a quick lunch stop. The MedSailors regatta started at 3pm. We had a great start, crossing the start line in third place. We were sailing up wind and the breeze was quite light, so the race consisted of us heading in a straight line. We tried everything we could to squeeze a few extra knots out of our boat.
