      We arrived in Mostar, Bosnia after a three and a half hour bus ride from Dubrovnik, Croatia.

      ... unorganised, only in BIH does the guide drink raki and beer and smoke. To make it even more interesting or entertaining the only english the guide spoke was "paddle", "big problem, small problem, no problem". Nevertheless the canon was very pretty and we made it home alive!

      ... about 3 hours, the bus looked like it was from the 60's and probably not road worthy. We were dropped on the side of the road just inside the city of Tirana. This was a bit of a problem cause it wasn't a normal bus station so there was no way to find out where exactly we were.       Our impromptu walk and neglect to look at the bus schedule meant that we were left stranded by the bus stop not knowing when the next one would show. We were in good company, we got chatting to mother and daughter who were travelling round Eastern Europe for 3 months and on their second week. They had also missed the previous bus.
