On 13th August 2008, four tiny cubs arrived at CCF after a traumatic start to their lives. Their mother had been shot and, upon realizing the adult was pregnant, these cubs were cut ...

This area is absolutely breath-taking, and many geological studies have been carried out here. And no wonder when you see the landscape. Ralph is really keen to assist CCF and is hoping we may be able to use the area for cheetah releases in the future. Fingers crossed. Whilst we were out and about, the workers had repaired ...

... greetings had been issued we headed back to the kraal to check on Noir's progress. She was in full labour and we could just see the hooves and nose of the little kid. A few more pushes and out she came :-) My first dairy goat delivery! Mom quickly got to cleaning and baby was soon on her feet and wobbling around. After about half an hour we had to intervene as mom was so engrossed in cleaning she hadn't let the little one ...
