We loved Dubai, fascinating but very hot and humid. Did two bus tours, hop on /off so we saw all the sights on 1st day then went back to some places next day.

Both wide awake at 6am from jet lag despite being knackered. Typical. Breakfast at the hotel this morning was incredible. They literally had everything - fruit, cereals, egg station, curry, sushi, pastries, cheeses, fish, Lebanese, Chinese etc. Nina had 6 courses. ... anyway) the tallest in the world. It has 163 floors. Tonight (of course) the uppermost floors are closed to the public, so the highest we will be able to go is to the 124 th floor. Wow!
