... s the cheap restaurant right near our hotel that overlooks one of the tourist streets where I could people watch and read. After that it was time for a massage. There are all of these massage places with comfy chairs on the street where you can feta massage while people watching. ... feet all we had to wear out was trekking clothes. You could of filled a swimming pool from the sweat that was running off of nicks face alone! That night we some how made it onto the right boat & headed down the river and found our way to China Town! After eating some pretty sexy street food, we got real lost and I resorted to asking every local that would speak to me. Nick was obviously hating this being a man and refusing to ask for directions haha. Finally ...

... the bus terminal before you depart, which have meals as low as R8000 (= USD2). Overall the train ride is super easy to do. Scenically, there is not much to see. At first it's interesting to see the various shanties on the way out of Bangkok then the rice fields but soon it becomes less interesting and very plain. There are moments where the views, the vegetation and dusty road are reminiscent of Cape York and I miss home. But then I see another rice field and I'm brought back to SE ...
