I never thought I would be this way, but if I were to run into another Canadian right now I would be the happiest person alive. What is wrong with me?! Oh thats right, sleep deprivation. I'm so so excited for tonight; Hayley, my neighbor in Canada's niece (confusing i know, do you follow?) ...

      On and on

... the other day with the Russian girl again beginning the practice of Chod. We joined them and today no one had a fit!!!! He also gave us a lovely teaching afterwards explaining how the essence of sutra and tantra come together in the practice, he also spoke about genuine dharma and dharma which is practiced to impress others. He is a really genuine practitioner, very simple and honest. The afternoon saw Jess being successful on buying her blessing box and later ...
