    ... saw the last 1/2 hour video of the Tracey Arm cruise from yesterday, it was good to see the video shot by the professionals. At 1245 I went to the theatre for a talk by the Second Officer on Navigation, from the Bridge perspective, he was very good explaining everything about the ship, engines, running of the ship, generation, food, hospitality, etc, etc, a lot to take in, but very interesting.     ... calf that breached repeatedly. Cameras worked overtime - hard to get that perfect Kodak moment but managed 5 reasonable shots out of 140! Anne slipped in the swell and had a minor tumble - a little bruised but will come good. More chowder & mussels at Days Inn and a lazy afternoon recovering. A few drinks with dinner (Bob managed 6 pints and us mere mortals a meagre 2 bottles of wine!). $20 on BC Keno but no luck! A good day ...
