A World Of Its Own!

... first temple, it was very big and was very different to the temples that we had been to previously. There was a monk sat at the front and had a crowd sat around him with bowls shared between 2 people. They each had bottles of water to pour in as the monk was saying their prayers and chanting. We watched for about 5 minutes as it was very interesting to see, then we looked around the rest of the temple. It was probably quite similar to a church inside.

... vs Predator and Hellboy. Going into the temple you come face to face with large representations of Buddha, which is typical for most temples. The difference however is the walls. There is little ornamentation, just massive murals covering all the walls. The murals themselves were the most interesting part. Unfortunately we were not allowed to take pictures inside, so I will do my best to describe what I saw.

... whilst they were high. Very random. Checked into the hotel, which had a happy new year sign over the front door.. and had the option to get a boat over the Mekong river tovar a look ounce Laos. About half of us went and half stayed. Me and bec chose to stay as we had a few hours free we did sum washing. Beth and ash went, and about an hour after the left the sky went black...
