    ... into Koke'e Park to hike the Nualolo Trail. The trail is a hike in and back for a total of 7.6 miles. The way in was fairly easy, as most of the trail was downhill. The trail begins at an elevation of 3660 ft and goes to a low of 2234ft. That means on the way back, I had to climb back up the 1400 ft or so.

    ... we were beaten into submission by the wind, the hills on the back nine, and the heat. Nonetheless we had a great time though we made a mental note to take a cart next time. We again stopped by Costco on the way back to Poipu and got another bottle of mai tais and gas that is $1 per gallon cheaper than any other gas station on the island. Strange, the purchasing power of Costco...

    ... the fruit we bought.

    After loading all our goodies back into the car we drove around the island for a couple of hours. The scenery is beautiful.... Oh, and we found a WalMart - I'm excited as they usually have postcards and souvenirs less expensively than the tourist shops. We'll stop there another time.

    ... Cloud" (From HELL) tour and Toni and Dave did a coffee tour. The tour was from hell because it was ranked a Level 1 activity level, which should be the easiest tour as far as walking distance and where you are walking .....WELL!...first we went to a beach that was covered in Lava and slim.
