... Enroute to Oslob we spent nights in the cities of Ilolio on Panay Island and Damuagette on the interestingly named Negro Occidental Island. In Ilolio Sara opted to try a local desert called Halo-Halo and was quite shocked when it arrived- purple ice cream, flan, green jelly, kidney beans and condensed milk all in one bowl! Even Dave was not keen to finish that one off. It can get a little tiresome with the bus continually stopping to allow on board the food vendors ...

... had a last dip in the swimming pool that looked over the sea before going. One last surprise came from the Sumilon Team they had prepared Kirst a birthday cake. They came out and sang Kirst happy birthday - the cake was amazing! So off of Sumilon and back into the real world on Cebu. Day 5 -- Paradise!!!~~ A place I will never forget

... of the waterfall and jump off from there. It was hard to imagine how I could do that really. But I was very excited in trying it out. It must be very fun.

An hour and half drive and we arrived at the entrance of the Kawasan Fall. The guide, Jerry, then took us on the motorbike to go into the forest where we will begin our hike.

Hiking... Should be easy?
I have done hiking in Hong Kong before.

Headed back to the resort for more sleep before going out to the beach to see the sunset. IT. WAS. STUNNING. Red, yellow, orange, purple... all the colours combined with the blues up on the sky. Simply amazing.

We stayed til the sky went all dark, had a quick dinner then went straight back to the resort for more sleep.

... Next day we mostly planed the rest of our trip both Vietnam and Hong Kong. We started to hang out with the people form our hostel. There were quite a lot of backpackers. 2 form the UK, one from Canada, one form Denmark and one form Australia. We ate together and talked to the late night about everything between backpacking and politics.
