And he was right!!! Wayne and I stir fried the thinly, seasoned sliced paua meat. It has the texture similar to that of squid. It was great fun.

This was the appetizer to our improvised Post/Cock Christmas Dinner, that Kathy and I felt we wanted to make, as Jordan and Jenna weren't home at Xmas Time. A great ending to a fun-filled weekend.

A lovely Mother's Day Skype led to a late breakfast. Armed with a packed lunch we headed in search of the seal colony, a lovely walk along the coast. We settled for lunch with a lovely view of the ocean, as we reminisced the wonderful lunch spots we have had the pleasure of enjoying throughout our time in New Zealand.
