... fashions ). They seem to have a knack of changing outfits in front of the world , without revealing too much. Yesterday, when we arrived at a very popular beach, we were taken aback by the sight of black swans swiming in the nearby lake. We thought, 'wow , aren't black swans native to WA. Apparently not ! Have we been lied to all these years? Then later in the day we scootered across to the other side of the island to a very remote beach, only to be struck by another ...

... shop, which reminded us of Brendan's 'Fresh and Fruity", warm memories of days long gone. After yet another seafood stopover at a local taverna and our first sip of the funny cloudy liquid we went in search of the local hotspot. A nice wall around town, Old Town Historic Walk, Night Watchman's Tour, Walk the Wall .... Off to bed in down comforters and ...

I have not been very impressed with Greece at all on this trip. The transportation system in terrible and the cities are very dirty and filled with cats. I am more that ready to finish our trip and go to Deutcheland ...

It's awesome to think that I'm in a place where some pretty serious stuff has happened. New Zealand - altho I love it dearly - just doesn't have this kind of history. Today we explored Athens after breakfast at the hostel, which was hard boiled eggs in bread rolls. It was free, and as it turned out exactly what I needed for ...
