... with no known grave. It is the largest British battle memorial in the world. That's 72,191. This is a huge memorial. The land was donated for this by the family who lived here before the war... At Thiepval Château. They lost their 4 sons during the war and could not bear to return. This is a lot to see ( and process ) in one day. You really just warn to sit awhile... And ponder.
