    ... a bottle of milk to a tiger cub on our lap and that was lovely. The only tigers that we were allowed to touch were the cubs, the others (around 60 I think) were in huge closed surroundings. There was a tiger show, a crocodile show and an elephant show where Andrea volunteered when they asked for a lady. The elephant touched her with his foot while she was lying flat, pretty exciting ! Anyway we had a great afternoon and in the evening ...

    ... the border to a big street market. The boys can go across with no problem, but if I leave the Cambodian side and enter the Thailand side, I will have to buy a new visa to get back into Cambodia. So, the market is out.

    ... the worst example (and worst dancer) I have ever come across (as it were). We finished the night off with drinks in a bar where the Philippino singer forgot the lyrics to various songs, before heading home in a Baht Bus through a tremendous thunderstorm to find a murky river running down the centre of Luton Town Village. All electrifying, soul affirming stuff. The thought of another 32 years of this sort of living makes me feel a little tired...
