We went out to a restaurant and I got lamb and it was so good. I don't think I've complained once about any food on my trip so far. And for good reason! Afterwards we got gelato and then we went to a rooftop bar only to find out it was closed. Too bad because it was beautiful! Tomorrow, we hit the ...

... turned out to be a blessing in disguise because of the gentleman we met at the hostel while we were waiting for the shop to reopen. One of the guys that works/runs the hostel saw us walk in and starting chatting it up with us. It is a pasta that's filled with potato (I think?). Anyways, it was very good! We ate lots and had ...

... was the bar to get a drink. It turned out that a basic vodka and lemonade will set you back €16 (AU$22) at the casino... yeah, that stung and the drink wasn't even that good. The pokies were too difficult to figure out, so I decided to try my luck at the roulette table. After making friends with the table attendant - well, I made friends and he sort of didn't say much at all - I ended up losing all the money I bet. I did keep €5 chip as a momento from my time there ...

... The night previous before retiring we discovered the course came directly by our hotel (which we had booked in advance with no knowledge of the course) and underneath our window. So we explored the course, the village and soaked up the atmosphere. It started early with training rides. Then the 'caravan' which is a parade of sponsors floats throwing free **** (sorry but that really is the only way to describe it). Then the time ...
