... the perfect picture! We were extremely lucky to have seen it in that that light (twice) as at an elevation of 5,148ft it is known as one of the wettest places on earth! We drove back down the canyon road feeling like the luckiest people alive to have witnessed a side of nature beyond our wildest dreams.

What can we say about Kauai, it is quite simply what dreams are made of.

... the walk into the Fern Grotto was quite picturesque, but the Fern Grotto itself very beautiful. A popular place for weddings, or just to visit like we did. ... Faye had booked 3months ago. We were all together for the meal, the running clan and now Frank and Elaine and Pauls Mum, Dad and Sister. It was a lovely restaurant with a sunset view. ... the "local girl" had swiss cheese & the "local boy" had cheddar cheese. We went early because we knew this place closed at 6:00 pm. Much better choice than the local Saimin place on Sunday!

... through the luau hala (house). When we got back for the ceremony there were already a lot of people standing around.
