... won't be rushing to visit again. Some of the reasons being the following: Chinese people are cool and abit crazy at times well to us anyway. Lots of older ladies wearing fish net tights and thigh high boots, dancing and doing tai chi at random places! We notice people shout a lot or are they just talking and we still can't get used to the spitting and pushing in ques for anything. It's like they are scared of missing something if they aren't in the front of the crowd. ...

... bowl filled with chilli oil (with lots of red chillis bobbing in it) and inside that, a circular bowl filled with stock. We added the veg (the helpful staff got us going by tipping all our potatoes in) and after a while, removed it from the centre bowl, and into the chilli oil, where we attempted to fish it out again with chopsticks and add it to bowls of watery soy sauce we had been given. We were surprised and quite happy to have ended up here rather than in a conventional museum.
