Our accommodation in SML is the Hotel Villa Anita , it is a short walk up the hill over looking the harbour, not that we have a view . The best part about our stay in SML would have to be the Villa Anita breakfast spread . Every food group is covered , sweet, savoury, fruits, cold meats, fresh salmon, cheeses, pastries, juices ,cereals, cakes even champagne ! I suggested we make a couple of rolls with meat and cheese to ...

... door opening, purchases including spa treatments etc ) very handy so one is not lumbered down with wallets or keys whilst on board. The 3 of us then set off to explore and find some lunch. We headed for the buffet in the Sahara cafeteria – this offers 24 hour food in a buffet style – breakfast, lunch, snacks, dinner and late night make your own sandwich for those who feel they still need to eat in the small hours of the morning! The buffet is huge and spans two rooms ...

... I was not feeling lucky... No, really, I was in a nice area of the city.
My flat was a in a tiny little street with some terrible stairs! My arrival with my friend Valentina and my HUGE suitcase was epic!

We were 14 people for the training, from all around the world. And lucky me again, my group was amazing! I met some very nice people! Days were intense, I mean REALLY but because we all ...

... was the building behind it.I then traced my steps back to San Lorenzo Cathedral to admire the black white stonework and rather sad looking lion. I found THE best gelatto at Fruit and Nut – pistachio, tiramisu, and chocolate chip. I am glad I waited until Monterosso for my first taste of gelatto, it will be hard not to try some in Milan now. Genoa, the home of Christopher Columbus and a town I would like to spend more time in the next time I am back this way.

... makes me tired thinking about it. It was also raining hard and thundering this morning, so it was nice to just lay in bed and doze. Instead of being up at 600 I was up at 730. I like my mornings early because no one else feels the need to be down in studio at that time and I get to be alone. The only other people who are up at that hour are Chris and sometimes Greg, but Greg has usually just stayed up all night.
