A word to the wise, while most expenses in Jamaica are tourist traps, shelling out money to rent water shoes is absolutely nessisary. The rocks are slimy and slippery and at times you are waist deep in pools of water while climbing. just make sure that you pay in Jamaican money (JBM) or expect to be taken advantage of.

Free at last!
... we spent about half the time just waiting to move. Plus there was a videographer with us, so that they could try to get us to buy a DVD at the end. And he filmed each person in our group at a couple different places. At one relatively deep pool, they had each of us fall backwards into the water. And there was another spot where we could do a short waterslide down a smooth rock. Very fun.

In the evening we went to the beach party on the North beach and had our dinner there. A steel drum band was playing as we ate on the beach to candle light and the crashing of the waves.
