Those damn crows in the morning! It's either pigeons or crows in the UK. You can tune out to the pigeons but not the crows quite so easily. ... I had to keep stopping for a rest while pushing the bike. An Italian cyclist was also walking--he had a big trailer on the back of his road bike. We had a chat while pushing up the 1 1/2 miles to the top. The last few miles to Exemouth were hard but just about rideable, so I was happy to find the Ash Hotel on the harbour front. I'll keep saying this until I go blue, but there is nothing quite like the beauty on our own doorstep.

Today I went with my auntie down to a little place called Seaton. I can't say its forgotten because the local know its there. Seems like everyone else is more intent on Looe or Newquay, so I'll go with it's semi-forgotten.

We are to transport our camp down to the "beach", set up camp and then blaze the brazier for our scraps barbie later on.
