Auf der Rückfahrt an Land musste ich dem Ami noch erklären, dass blaue Lippen bei mir nach dem Tauchen ganz normal sind. Und kaum waren wir zurück an Land und das Tauchequipment Frischwasser-gewässert und aufgeräumt, fing es an wie aus Kübeln zu schütten – egal, ich war ja eh schon nass.
Und meine anschließende heiße Dusche kam mir ...
Roatán, wir kommen!
... das wir zum Abendessen hatten, waren wir auch schon wieder bettreif, naja, wir waren ja auch schon seit viertel nach fünf auf den Beinen und die Busfahrten sind – obwohl man ja eigentlich nichts macht – trotzdem irgendwie anstrengend. Auf jeden Fall haben wir uns wie die Schneekönige gefreut, dass wir (mal wieder!) eine so schöne Unterkunft gefunden haben und ich denke, bei Tageslicht wird das Ganze noch viel besser aussehen!

Roatan - week 1
... to watch Honduras play Canada in the world up qualifiers. Was pretty entertaining. Canada got absolutely whooped! Simon who is Canadian wasnt too impressed and was the only to cheer when they scored their one and only goal. Was quite funny as no one in the bar even noticed that they had scored!When some of the supporters found out Simon was Canadian they stuck a Honduran flag on his head! The final result was 8-1 to Honduras.

Enjoying the beach
... though we were in the shade of a palm tree, and then took a water taxi back to West End.
Grandad got in the hammock on the porch this morning which was an occasion to break out the camera, so I thought I would upload some photos!
