Day Ten: Travel to Art Residency

... Apparently we were only supposed to stay forty minutes, so our supper reservations were canceled and we had to go back to the same place we had breakfast and have the same meal for supper. We felt kinda bad that our tour guide had to wait and not get off her shift, but we all felt even better after spending three hours there. After eating we went to the hotel, which has been the nicest one yet! Only staying one night though, which sucks. Tomorrow we will probably go white water ...

The university was definitely my favorite part of the day, though it was also very overwhelming. The exhibits were from senior year students and were super intense! ...

Day Four: Shanghai and Dalian

... computer charger in my bag showed up on the scanner strangely, so once the security guard saw those, it was all okay and I could pick up my boarding pass. Going through security I encountered another problem when my bag of makeup had a small can of Static Guard in it. I’m not sure if they don’t have that here or what the problem was, but the security did not like that all, so I just told them, “throw away, trash, no good.” Mah had told us the airlines were ...
