    The town full of Westerners

The next morning Mathilde, Line and I headed to Sihounkville. This is a town full of Old Western guys who have very young Cambodian girlfriends. For a few days it was fine and the girls and I headed to the beach, got attacked by some local ladies who wanted to make us smooth like a babies bum. So we got lots of treatments down, while sipping smoothies on the beach. I could get used to this....and i ...

... we had to go to Long Beach as it was even more stunning than where we were, although it was a trek away. So we managed to hop on a fisherman's boat for a trip around the island which include snorkeling, fishing and a few hours on the beach. The trip was a great way to fill the day. ... lightening storm Ive seen on the islands too. lightening every few seconds and the rain was slow to arrive so I sat and watched it for hours. A favourite experience. check out the contrast of the dark night and how lit up the bay is when the lightening strikes in the photos.

so much has happened over the past two weeks here but thats the high level overview of a few of the antics and adventures. off to north/inland cambodia now for two weeks before Laos.

So we arrived via a mini bus at Sihanoukville after crossing the border at Ha Tien in Vietnam. We received our visa on entry which cost $25 and then we had to pay an extra $1 each as we didn't have a yellow booklet with our vaccinations in. So basically we pay $1 and they just let us through and check our temperature. Still doesn't tell them we have had the vaccinations? But hey ho.

We hadn't booked anywhere yet and have ...
