... us that the lady (french owner) who made the cocktails was out and nobody knew how to make a pina colada. Desperate for a cocktail I asked jokingly if I could make it myself. The answer came back as a yes! So, the barman, young and keen to know how to make cocktails took me to the bar and I showed him how to make it. Having never worked in a bar before, I don't really know how to make a pina colada, but with all the ingredients listed on the menu it can't be that hard ...

Also enjoyed the Kao Sawy which can be really spicy but is very tasty and most meals come with sticky rice which has a lot of starch and it sticks together in one big ball, you have to use your hands and roll it into a ball, dip it in the sauce and enjoy!<br><br>After a relaxing few days we dicided to set out north to the more remote parts and see about some trekking.<br><br>
