We have had a great 192 days and would like to say thank you to all our family, friends and anyone else who has read the blog and for all the comments - they were much appreciated. We will see some of you very very soon.

... slow boat was definitely worth doing but was a very long time to be slightly squished! We wish we had seen more of the country and had had less time in Vientiane.Burma was mind blowing. We want to go back, there is so much more to see. 3 days was probably enough for Yangon but 1 day was too little for Bagan. The plain of temples was the most breathtaking thing we have ever seen. ... deliberately try to kill you and where people might (just might) actually slow or stop to allow you out at a turning when they don’t actually have to. On the less positive side it was also a bit wired to be faced with cold rain, a phenomenon we had not missed. We were home, washing was done and it was really over. Now seems like a reasonable time to reflect somewhat. So here goes.
