Hello again my friends!

Well I arrived in Rome on Wednesday and so far it has been my favourite city! That night, there was a couchsurfing event for people who are.. looking to meet new people (travelers, mostly). We finally found someone to ask about tickets and were told to head to the Pantheon to get tickets (valid for both) and do that before the Colosseum. Boy, was she right! We spent at least an hour or so wandering around the Pantheon taking photos and reading up on the history and the. Wandered back towards the Colosseum. ... to the meeting point for my airport shuttle without going through customs! I was looking for it, certainly planned to stop, but never saw it. So all this travel and the only stamp in my passport that I have to show for it is the one I got in Iceland!!! I had to wait maybe 40 minutes for the airport shuttle that I pre-booked. It was a bargain, though, at more than 20 Euro less than a taxi would have been. There were 3 other stops before mine. ...

Raphael is buried here, he died at 36. Last stop is Fiori Piazza where there are lovely flower stalls, cafes, and street stalls.
