After heavy rain and a thunderstorm over night, we work up to glorious weather once again. We drove into Sibenik which as about ten minutes away, found a car park, which wasn't easy as it was market day, and set off to the tourist info. ... no mall but a town build on a hill and stepped streets leading in all directions. The bike had to stay in parked on the promenade at the boat harbour for the night. I learned that it pays to check a location before committing to a booking.

After offloading all my gear I rode the bike over to a promenade and pulled the cover over her, she should be ok as the light are on all night.

... long as we could at the pools so I think we were able to catch the last bus out. Upon leaving we met some other Aussies who were sailing the Adriatic Sea for a number of months. They had purchased a sail boat and made there way around and were in the last legs of their journey. After some jokes about swapping a boat for a motorhome we said our goodbyes and caught the bus back to the dusty carpark. A long day but one that will stick in the mind for a long time.
