4 Days and over 45 kilometers of walking, not bad aye! but you should also factor in all the booze i drank and that i had maybe 1 night sleep over 8 hours! Actually all this walking is what's stopping me from becoming a huge perfectly circular ball! These are a few of my favorite things....in Vienna
... vantage point of all of Vienna, and it was marvelous indeed.
We also visited the Belvedere Palace, which was equally as fabulous without the panoramic view. Vienna loves Palaces, no doubt about it. We also learned at Belvedere, just like in Berlin, Austria counts their trees!
Our time in Vienna was short, but we were able to catch up on some of the Olympic games. I’ll tell you one thing, it is terrifying to listen to German commentators ...
Hello Vienna
... for Tim!), the Berlin Zoo (with a huuuuuge aquarium, reptile centre, petting zoo- favourite of Mippin aka Georgia- and Lion feeding) and the Reichstag at night, allowing fantastic views over the city. We even got some rubbish photos of the Brandenburg Gate at night (failure of photography!)
Susie and Benjy even got "soberly" intimate with the pavement by the Reichstag- you can tell our first night was very eventful!
