The next ride was "Oblivion", which has to be seen to be believed. A face-down, vertical drop into a dark tunnel. Once again the mum's chickened out - at this stage starting to wonder why we had paid the exhorbitant entrance fee.

... crowded, but the weather was great and there was a fun atmosphere with musicians and happy people everywhere. We wandered through the quaint, Tudor streets and did a bit of shopping, before continuing on to Shropshire. Joanna and Robin live in a beautiful private estate in the country, and the house is lovely. The grown-ups went for a walk over some of the fields, with their gorgeous spaniel, Joker, and the children got to know each other over a croquet game ...

... were: that it should be light inside, that it should be comfortable and that there should be a permanent bed. After several plans that were scrapped and hours of work, we have a camper that is very light inside, that has a comfortable sofa and the bed folds out and is ready to use in seconds.
