... back with us.
So with many a phone call, lots of emails and around a dozen documents to print out - the case is on it's way. We now just have to hope it gets there in one piece - what are the odds of it getting there before us, and even more important before the ship sails.
So just two cases and some hand luggage left to pack, better find those socks!
... or I will no doubt be sick (again)!
I will add some photo's when I arrive on the isle of Tasmania, and I will write again once I am over the jet lag.

The weekend before that I made a quick trip up to my home land, Scotland, to meet some family from my Mum's side who lived in Glasgow. I satyed at my grans twin-sisters daughters house, and it was just like going home for the weekend!! Janet was a complete replica of my own mother... and by the end of my stay there i came to accept her as my Glasgow Mother... I already miss her to bits! Same can be said to all my cousins that I met there ...
We are sitting with a huge pile of travel guides, maps, notebooks, post it notes and general accumulated info in front of us wondering where to start!
The itinery is almost sorted out in terms of countries and cities. We've got the MASTA health brief and the FCO no go areas. We think we've got Visa requirments in hand and the boring (but necessary ...
We headed back into Liverpool today and to an enormous park. It is called Sefton Park. In Sefton Park there is a boating lake, a Victorian glass house (The Palm House), a bronzed statue of Peter Pan, a ...

We found it hard to get our head around the way Wigan was so much "into" Halloween. Everywhere we went there were fake skulls and skeletons, witches 'hair' and scary things hanging up. At our restaurant when the waiter came up to us, I nearly fell off my chair. I had to say to him, "I'm sorry, I'm finding it hard to get past all the (fake) blood over your face and white shirt to make an order!!" His face ...
Tow truck 2, turns up at 15:29 and we are off again for the next leg of the journey, Stirling Services to Lancaster Services. This journey takes around 4 hours and I have a nice chat with the driver, Jim all the way. We phone ahead and arrange the next tow truck to meet us at Lancaster at 19:15, guess what? Yes, it wasn't there and I am told it won't be there until 20:15 and it finally arrives at 20:30
Lancaster, England, United Kingdom peterward... br>But I must concede that among all those really really old trophies, the museum was ok and I learned some interressant things about the club, for my football culture anyway. After watching my mates spending fortunes on the club's megastore rubbishes, we went back into town to enjoy a few pints.
A really good place to enjoy early drinks (it was about 4pm) is definitively the Cavern Club. The Beatles made their first lunchtime appearance at ...
... bandwagon, and I have been on it ever since. Seeing a match at Anfield is one of my life dreams, but for now I had to make do with a stadium tour.
The tour covered all the expected facilities like the museum, the media broadcast area, the change-rooms, the players’ tunnel with its proud “This is Anfield” sign to intimidate visiting teams, and finished up by sitting behind the goal at the Kop end of the ground.

John took me to Blackpool. He may have wanted to show me a UK beach resort. The street along the beach was full of decorations. I took a picture of his profile in the car. It was just a memory of Blackpool. We were on the way from Preston, where we met his old friend, and John talked about the word "love", because people there used "love" meaning "you" very often, when they talk to someone, like "Good morning, love!". That sounded awkward to him.
