... try and give up.

Our snorkelling trip wasn't until 12.30pm so we still had time to climb on the rocks just out by the balcony and look in all the rock pools. We felt like little kids, finding crabs and fish and sea cucumbers. It was nice just being able to see so much wildlife right on your doorstep. This place is like no other, no where we ever go will be as good!

... there- serious. A pickup truck plowed into a rental car with two people in it. Rammed driver door, cannot believe so much damage in a parking lot! Passenger taken out and to hospital. Driver pinned and using jaws of life and we left then. So sad, looked like probably tourists. What a thing to happen on vacation. Went Pau Hana for drinks and dinner. BBQ ribs are great. ... Donkeys where there were some bombs coming through there too. I walked to the north end of the beach and ended up walking right up on a Hawaiian Monk Seal that was laying on the beach. The thing actually looked like it was sick or something, but I later learned that seals regularly come up on the beach to rest up-but they don't move very well on land so they appear to flop and flounder around when they do. ... missed our turnoff, and we had an unhappy teething baby in the back, we continued on to Hanalei where we went to a Brazilian restaurant.
