... spouting and diving and breaching! Amazing. However, they don’t like to pose for pictures. So it was hard to have the camera ready. And when the water sprayed - it was tough to keep the lens dry and spot-free.

... Donkeys where there were some bombs coming through there too. I walked to the north end of the beach and ended up walking right up on a Hawaiian Monk Seal that was laying on the beach. The thing actually looked like it was sick or something, but I later learned that seals regularly come up on the beach to rest up-but they don't move very well on land so they appear to flop and flounder around when they do. ... missed our turnoff, and we had an unhappy teething baby in the back, we continued on to Hanalei where we went to a Brazilian restaurant.
