... for dinner while listening to the live entertainment, which they had every night. I didn't have any specific plans for Sunday (26 April). Mainly because there was much in the way of activities or tours available. ... more could we have asked for. We have been blessed to be able to experience this together as we have left a footprint on the beaches and trails of Kauai and another piece of our travellust hearts filled with love and gratitude as Kauai will forever have left an imprint on our hearts.
oh and thank you for the chocolate covered macadamian nuts..definitely had our fair share of those!

... for the move to the apartment tomorrow. Hope I can get in before 4pm. Got some more juices to pick up at 12 so need to get them in the fridge straight away. Hope they don't keep me waiting till nearly 5pm like last year. The year before was great as I moved out of the hotel room at 10am and went straight to the apartment. If I could get in by 12, I'll be happy. Can't wait to get into the apartment but am sad in a way as it marks the half way point for the holiday.

... the river and thru the woods, back to our starting point on the ranch! It was an amazing experience and we both agreed we would take ATV tours when traveling in the future! Headed to the Sheraton Hotel in Poipu Beach for a much needed shower! The hotel was beautiful and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Our room has a spectacular view of the ocean. ... can’t wait for summer!!!! It was a lovely 82 degrees today.


I drove to Koloa Town and Lawai Beach - where many people were snorkelling. I drove a little further to Spouting Horn….blow hole in the rocks. It is very dangerous to get close to this because you could get knocked over and potentially sucked in, so you must watch from an observation point. And yes, I did obey the rules.
