Today, we went on our much anticipated tour of the Napali coast on a beautiful catamaran called the southern star through Captain Andy's sailing company. We left port allen at around 7:45 and headed out to sea. ... 4 of the 5 beaches we visited. We had a burger at Ono’s on the way home and the Phil walked to our beach for another swim! Well, he went there for a swim but ended up having a nap instead. Later showered and walked to Pau Hana, where Shaunesy works, for dinner. After that burger for lunch I just had a salad! Shaunesy is a great bartender. Walked back home, about 1/3 mile. ... Donkeys where there were some bombs coming through there too. I walked to the north end of the beach and ended up walking right up on a Hawaiian Monk Seal that was laying on the beach. The thing actually looked like it was sick or something, but I later learned that seals regularly come up on the beach to rest up-but they don't move very well on land so they appear to flop and flounder around when they do. ... missed our turnoff, and we had an unhappy teething baby in the back, we continued on to Hanalei where we went to a Brazilian restaurant.
