... stuff, that has been in storage for many year, should be dumped, good willed, given to homeless or given to friend Rindy who lives here. We left most of what we brought with us and don't have that much to take back. Piles all over the room. Dinner at Hukilau again. Very good meal. Still bad weather. No tans this year. By the way, unleaded fuel is $4.80 here on the island.

... Donkeys where there were some bombs coming through there too. I walked to the north end of the beach and ended up walking right up on a Hawaiian Monk Seal that was laying on the beach. The thing actually looked like it was sick or something, but I later learned that seals regularly come up on the beach to rest up-but they don't move very well on land so they appear to flop and flounder around when they do. ... into the pool with his wallet and phone in his pocket. Well he went with a bag to go get rice and comes back with the phone and rice in a ziplock bag. Momma asked him if it was dry rice and he looked puzzled. Then he felt the rice and he had stuffed his phone in a bag of cooked rice.
