Surprisingly not in pain after our hike up Ijen volcano, we made our way to the bus station in Banyuwangi. Almost as soon as we stepped foot out of the car, a large bus filled to the brim with locals pulled up beside us on the main road. Today I did a wonderful Restorative Yoga Workshop. Laura (who has a life, that I'm coming back to have next time -prior to her 18mths here in Indonesia, she was teaching yoga in Mozambique for 18 mths and next week moves to a beach side resort town in Northern Peru to teach) took us through a series of poses, most of which we held for up to 15 minutes. There is a school somewhere up hill between the open air studio and ...

We manage to eventually find somewhere we can eat lunch (as veggies it’s surprisingly challenging here!) then head back to the hotel ...
