... There is Internet, an English movie channel and air conditioning in the room so we are happy to spend the afternoon relaxing. Later on we discover something even better. Mersing has a Pizza Hut! After 8 days of local food we can't wait for a bit of Werstern influence. We get very lost trying to find it, so if you do find yourself in Mersing do ...

... worth the trip. Although we are happy that on Sunday, the only thing left to do, is jump on that little plane that will take us out of here, straight to Kuala Lumpur. No more buses, no more waiting........ Pictures to make you jealous will follow tomorrow ...

... lush speed boat we left on the cargo boat, we didn’t take this too personally as Fran and Tom were sent packing on it with us. Our bus to KL was equally as eventful, the timetable claims it takes 4 hours but the reality was 7 hours of being bounced out of our seats. The bus was actually pretty nice with tv’s in the back of every seat, sadly they stayed off for the duration. Farewell Fran and Tom, thanks for sharing shifts with us, enjoy the rest of your ...

    From Mersing to Paradise!

... managed to do a jungle trek and visit the turtle sanctuary at Juara where we met a blind turtle called Jo. We got almost bored of seeing monkeys and saw some monitor Lizards and black squirrels along with a scary looking snake. We did all of this with our chalet neighbours Wayne and Sam from NZ.

Every evening has been spent with delicious food and then games/cards on our little veranda, what could be more relaxing? - well Paul could have let me win at least ...
