School's out, work is on pause and the cottage industry is closed for Christmas. It's finally here after months of waiting and we're all beside ourselves with excitement.

I ended up curling up on the couch, watching "You've got mail" while I booked my train/ hostels for Scotland. I also met Emily (Ians wife, aka Aunty Edith and Uncle Daves eldest sons wife....lol), since she popped by the house quickly to say hello.
