    ... of rice doesn't satisfy anybody). We went to a place called Lou's bakery which was only about a two minute walk from the hostel. I think I may have found the closest thing to a Patisserie, I was so excited. I ended up with what looked like a Danish type pastry with raisins in - It wasn't exactly a pastry though because it was more of a break like texture and taste but it was sweet, had a kind of sugary icing on top with some raisins so it was good enough for me! ...

    We headed over to the college this morning to see Jason the person we have arranged our placement with, he is a really bubbly, friendly guy and sat and explained what we will be doing, then showed us around. Afterwards we went for a short walk around teh town and back to the college at 11.30am for the free lunch, it was delicious, lots of Chinese dishes in the centre of the table and you just help yourself.
