Last morning in Yangshuo. Leonie very seedy this morning after our night out. We first went to breakfast at Lucy's and I picked up our laundry. We had to meet in the lobby at 10.00 am to catch a local bus back to the bus station first. A bit tricky.
A bus on the other side of the road had broken down in the middle of peak hour traffic. No worries. All the traffic made room while some others pushed the bus to the side of ...

This gave us plenty of time to wonder if the weather really was to blame and figure out how we were going to get ...

... from home, whilst we searched for food and a nice cup of tea. Safely tucked up in bed at 12.30am we were blissfully unaware of the others stumbling in at 3.30am having won a T-shirt by beating locals at drinking games, which proves the English still rule the world at something, even if it is 'beer pong'! The following night, as if there was any need to reinforce our 'old' status, we ended up eating curry half and half with Cliff Richard playing ...

... we just want to see the ******* terraces. We have no interest in a scripted fake ‘representation’ of Yao minority life. While I’m at it, No, we do not want to eat at your recommended restaurant (from which you obviously get kick backs). We are big boys and girls and would like to eat where we find pleasant you asshat!

For those interested in going, I recommend avoiding the rip off shuttle bus ...
