We were up early today to go for a 13 hour tour today. We left at 0730 on a 20 seat van for a three hour climb up into the mountains of the island travelling through many small villages, farms and seeing how a lot of Jamaica lives. ... tracks with pot holes and sheer drops that made your stomach churn!

Only Kaisha and I were doing Blue Mountain cycle trail, Ericka was traveling in the coach with K as the cycling was way too steep and over sheer drops a lot of the way. Ericka was very nervous about Kaisha doing it but left her in my charge (oooopps)!

The coach arrived just before 0800 and we set off. Our driver Cleeve was a character, he was full of stories, jokes and puzzles to entertain ...
