We stopped at the port of Corfu. The only way to really get around the island is to take an excursion. At least it was for us. We were going to see a Monastery in the village of Palaiokastritsa and to the village of Gastouri to visit the 19th century Achilleion Palace.
The places were very beautiful and again the excursions didn't disappoint ...

... we went onto Kotor. Here we climbed up to the top of the Castle of San Giovanni. It was a hot, steep walk but well worth it for the scenery from the top. After this we went a bit further on for our final night where we had a home cooked dinner and relaxed in the hostel.

We should have battered down the hatches there and then and known from previous that this wouldn’t be the end! Wallop, two hours later when trying to reverse into a new parking space all Penelope would do is move forward! Over the next 24 hours this ...

... Sivota is a simple bay and harbour, no mooring issues, especially as Yanni lines up his fishing boats outside his Taverna to save a spot for us. Yanni's elderly mum is a character too. Aduana is her name and, unlike most Greek widows in their mourning dress, is really jolly; smiling and pulling faces. The international language of comedy.

It was in Yanni's Taverna that I decided that the boat called Izzy Wizzy simply is a cool client magnet. I know I only had two Flots ...
