... what Zagreb had to offer. The city that is such an unknown entity to me. So far it looks good and I guess first impressions count, right?! Bike tour tomorrow. Nothing culinary but I am sure I won't starve or have to resort to horrible fast food. It says it is a combo tour so have to remind myself what I am letting myself into. Oops. Tip: Get Croatian Kuna out as The country is not in the Euro zone yet! And dial into Grad Zagreb. Free wifi and no restriction. And it is pretty damn ...

Here I am, on the last leg of my trip, in Zagreb Croatia. It's been an amazing journey up to this point and I think Croatia will be a perfect ending to this Central and Eastern European experience. When the train finally arrived there were hundreds of people coming out of the woodwork trying to get on this train, there was a little pushing and shoving but most people were laughing as there we were ...

... seats on the Zagreb to Split train we were catching at 6.30 the next morning. Simon guarded the luggage while Susan went to check it out and found the 6.30 was not running but she had seats for us on the 12.50 so now we get a sleep in. It means we can see more of Zagreb and less time in Split.
That drama sorted - now the hotel - on google maps it looked close so just needed to check is it left or right when you leave the station and how far. It ...
