    ... and buses close to our little Panda! All was good though; apart from the fact that there was literally NO toilet or service station for well over 120km. So by the time we finally stopped we were busting for a wee, along with many many others! I can't understand this and it seems very poor planning as the shop and toilets were not coping at all well, with over 100 cars and people trying to park, buy food, go to the toilet etc.

    ... places to eat. Lucy was hungry again. Oh dear. Luckily we didn't stop at one of the restaurants along the canal and walked further where we stumbled upon a large open air market.     ... my friend Leonardo actually painted the Last Supper on the refectory (dining room) wall of the ancient Dominican monastery, not in their church. The table cloth pattern for example is the same as the one the monks were using at the time (1494). On the opposite wall in the same room is a painting from 1495 of The Crucifixion so all in a nights work really.
