      ... and with trains we wouldn't get home until 2am - very kind, thanks John!

      We lasted until 4pm before we needed food and headed to a local Swiss restaurant. It was a lovely set up and felt like an isolated ski resort (ignoring the heat). Another trip to Family Mart for some evening goodies and another film.

      ... asked if Matty and I wanted to have lunch with them outside the temple and but doing this we would be paying our respects to the dead. All of the children ate outside the temple too and they all eat food which is made by the local families. I think this might happen every time there is a funeral as a show of respect. Community spirit here is nothing like I've ever seen before, it's so nice to see. I explained to ZarZar that in England we don't have the same kind of community spirit, ...

      ... would be much better in the morning so we headed up Lamai Beach towards Lamai Centre to do some shopping. The beach is beautiful with most of the sand made of washed sharp coral which can be sharp on the feet but still very beautiful.       The Hut - It was a Thai family run place. There was the children working there helping to serve the food. It was only a small place. The food was lovely Thai dishes and very cheap.
