    ... salad, sweet and sour veg, potato curry and fresh fruit. I was amazed how much food people were pileing on their plates. I like food and have no issue with people eating alot but this was an all you can eat thing so it was ok to go back for seconds (as of course I did!) or even thirds and surprise surprise people ended up throwing away such a lot of food- wasteful!
