We had a nice breakfast in the hotel then caught the train to Milan. The scenery along the Italian coast was gorgeous. At Milan we had a 4 hour wait for our train. Gary had a wonderful time watching the continual parade of trains come in and out. Our train to Bern through the tunnel from Italy to Switzerland gets in at 9:25 but we have booked a hotel close to the station.
