OAT prides themselves on learning and discovery ,experiences and today did not disappoint. Our first stop was a medieval monastery near the town. The Gothic buildings were massive, dating back to the 14th century. While the monks took vows of labor and poverty, their was nothing shabby about their home. Today we got to go into the buildings. The day ended with dinner at a little Italian restaurant-pizza, salad, wine and gelato-a nice change from the heavy Czech food. We walked back under the gorgeous full moon, enjoying the night views of the castle
