          ... overlooking the zocalo, so will need those ear plugs, especially if they keep letting off those firecrackers - there are huge long strings of them stretching over the stage in the church plaza, plus noise rockets up on the roof!

          Had shrimp lunch in palapa overlooking river & a good wander about town - lovely!

          The parade is supposedly at 6pm Mexican time - head off & get a coldie in hand, except all the many Sol beer ...

          Tuesday, October 28th
          I had another exciting day. We left the motel around 7:00, we had to find some breakfast. We stopped at a different hotel and as luck would have it they had a buffet breakfast.As we left Ciudad Victoria we drove through the market.Traffic was hectic... itīs to the point were I find it almost humorous.
