    ... pleasure while I was laid there groaning away. However I must say the owner of the guesthouse was kind and made me a couple of broths so I shouldn't be too scathing of his facilities... Once recovered, I popped an Immodium, checked out and hit the road. Kochi was v enjoyable and a nice landing point for Kerala but I had places to be! Got on a bus and made my way inland to the tea plantations and hill country around Munnar. More on that soon... Love to all Stu ...

Before the show you can watch the make-up being applied, which we thought was a great idea so that the kids could see the process and not get scared by the characters.     Yes we were!!! We had a three bedroom apartment complete with kitchen and living room and wifi! (Seaview apartments in Kochi Fort - not much of a sea view mind you) all to ourselves for three nights for the princely sum of 10 a night. - bliss!
