... Winery for the mountain-top tour where I continued my "wine therapy". This therapy is having no effect whatsoever on my cold but it's doing wonders for my mood! We sampled generous pourings of many types of excellent wines and learned that the movie "Bottleshock" was filmed there. Back at the hotel I enjoyed another nap. ... it on line. Amazing seafood and probably the best clam chowder in the country. We slowly left Scomas with over-stuffed bellies, back to the car and on home to the campsite. I was really tired and laid down on the bed at 5:30. Woke up this morning at 6:00! I guess the rest of the gang enjoyed a campfire and somores.

Today is our wine country tour? We've been told by the locals to go to the wine tastings at the wineries, but buy the wine at Costco!

... when Rick made a morning run to the restroom on shore (flush toilets!) As he entered the mensroom he heard a man's and a woman's voice coming from the shower. It was all he could do to keep from running back to the boat and grabbing his shower kit. He was really bummed he hadn't done so when Bob later told him the showers were the old fashioned high school locker room type.

He was really really bummed.
