    ... at the hotel before making any decisions regarding trips as they were able to give us some good advice on dos and don'ts. As lovely as Thai locals are, there are a few silly scams you can easily fall into when you first arrive. We made sure we took our time in making decisions and always haggled!

    ... knots and cracks were taking out. It was possibly one of the most painful and relaxing experiences I've had and afterwards you feel great. It was weird when they sort of twist your back and it clicks 3 times, then they do it again on the other side. I had no idea how bad my back felt until then! 150฿ for half an hour.     I've been trying to figure out better ways to work with my matthayoms and I think we might have finally nailed it. I was advised to treat them like prathoms at first, and it seemed like a good idea but more recently I've realised they aren't acting like kids at all. They're acting like badly behaved adults.     ... simple: we chose a 'street' at random and then just chose to follow it all the way until the street stopped, after which we'd choose another and repeat the process.

    The market can get hot and we walked quite a distance, so beyond the five or six bottles of water we consumed, we also took a coconut water break.

    The kids were tired yet grateful at the end of the trip. We hopped on the BTS and returned to the hotel for a swim and a visit to Terminal 21.
